Aimset Corp. of Redwood City, CA recently launched a Workers Compensation Billing Compliance solution and has decided to provide an internet case management service at NO COST to applicants with active cases. The solution will allow applicants to manage their Workers Comp. cases and help them organize their paperwork. The service will be supported by ads (similar to hotmail) if possible, otherwise they hope that they can get referrals for their solution someday, i.e. it will be free with no ads..

"Injured On The Job" welcomes Pete Park of Aimset, who gives us a practical demonstration of how their software works and how it can be of beneficial value to injured applicants.

Steve Zeltzer talks by phone with Les & Melanie Baptiste of Santa Rosa, members of Teamsters Local #64, who were both injured on the job while transporting a student with violent behavior who attacked them while they were working for Laidlaw Transit who provided bus service for handicapped and disturbed children.

Sam Gold talks with Lesa O'Mara and Mary Prieth about their difficulties getting their injuries taken care of while they were employees of Sequoia Hospital. (Catholic Health Care West)
