What most people don't realize is that everyone should always be job searching because companies, today, are fickle and will downsize at the drop of a hat. This episode is the first in the series Getting the Job You Love. With her usual sense of humor, host Kathy Stoughton talks with Sandy Demarest of Demarest Career Directions about some basic strategies job seekers can use to help them be more successful in their search. Although the primary focus is recent college graduates, many of the ideas apply to any age bracket looking for new opportunities.
