Episode Description:

Karma Kitaj, PhD, CEO of Life Spring Coaching (www.LifeSpringCoaching.com) interviews Morris Englander, former President of Hoyt's Cinema, a consortium of 40 theaters across the US. Retired in the late 1990s, Englander turned his expertise into giving back to less fortunate people. He's become a volunteer extraordinaire, working diligently for the Make-a-Wish Foundation, for the Museum of Science in Boston, and his photo is even on the van for the Dana Farber Cancer Center mobile unit that goes into Latino neighborhoods to try to convince unwilling men to get prostate exams. What appeals to him? He's a people person and finds all of his volunteer work to be completely gratifying. Aside from his volunteer work, he loves softball and at age 76 is the eldest member of a team of 20s and 30s; he pitches and the team won a trophy, which makes him proud.
