| The Maine Photography Show 2013 The Boothbay Region Art Foundation invites you to enjoy the 2013 Maine Photography Show with juror, Tony Sweet. 107 images were selected for exhibition this year from over 800 entries. The Maine Photography Show is open only to photographers with Maine addresses. Boothbay Region Art Foundation presents this statewide event and is the venue for the awards ceremonies and the three week exhibition. Cash prizes underwritten by event sponsors are awarded for Best of Show and honorable mention, third, second and first places in four categories - student, black and white, color and a special theme. The 2013 theme was TREES. This special showcases all the selected images by category, shares the excitement of the awards ceremony and presents interviews with photographers as they dropped off their prints. Additionally, this year's program includes a short tribute to Jim Taliana, the MPS founder, who passed away unexpectedly in November of 2012. The MPS Committee distributes this program annually to promote Maine photography and photographers. |

| The Modified Racing Series The 2010 Modified racing season is upon us, it is the most exciting type of racing in the country and there are a lot of people in the country who have never seen racing of this type. Also, we would love to introduce people from all walks of life to this exciting series. We travel all over the Northeastern part of the U.S. with great crowds in attendance and would love to have the rest of the country to have an outlet to see this type of racing. As other motorsports series we are always looking to bring in new advertising partners, race teams, and individuals interested in the sport. |
