OFF-AIR's full pilot episode entitled "Changing the Channel" follows an awkward new hire's turbulent beginnings at a bottom-feeding local TV news station in Portland, Maine as it undergoes a transition to garner ratings. The show was shot (some at the CTN studio - http://www.ctn5.org/shows/2604) and edited locally in Portland, Maine and stars a host of local actors, comedians and even a former local news anchor.

At the present there is only the single pilot episode, though consideration is being given to producing future episodes. The full uncensored episode contains some explicit language (http://www.vimeo.com/10691612) and is therefore recommended to be broadcast during late hours. The current uncensored version is being shown on both CTN channels (http://www.ctn5.org/shows/2604) in Portland, Maine and recently (per request) at SRC-TV (http://www.src-tv.org/) serving Buxton, Hollis, Limerick, Limington, Standish and Waterboro, Maine.

The show's appeal reaches beyond just a local audience as it satirizes the dynamics of local newscasts everywhere, but taps into the local interest though Maine references and its setting at a (fake) Portland-based news station.
