3. EMPTY STREETS is a short film chronicling the life of a veteran of the 1st Iraq war, after he returned home. It is based on a real life story of alienation, homelessness and an inability to separate the war experience from an attempt to return to and fit in to civilian life. All music has been provided by performers, including Willie Nelson. This film has been shown in three states thus far, and has won numerous awards.
