The bulk of using Pegmedia involves being signed in. If you don't have an account for pegmedia, you should consider creating a new account.

Returning Users

If you've previously used pegmedia before the redesign, your account still exists along with your wallet balance, shows and episodes. You can use your email account, or username that you previously used. Its recommended you keep using your original account to avoid losing any old data from the previous platform.

While username & emails are not case-sensitive, your password is. You should not have to reset your password as previous passwords should continue to work.

Cannot Remember Account Details?

If you're attempting to login, but are unable to do so, there are a few things you can do to regain access to your original account.

1. Try going to the Forgot Password form and using an email account to regain access. You can try using the email you previously used to login, otherwise you can try a few different email addresses that you may have previously used.
2. Check your inbox for old emails. Any emails that were previously sent from pegmedia were sent to the email address we had on file for you. Just look at which email address we used to email you in the past.
3. Email support@pegmedia.org when all else fails and we'll do what we can to verify your identity and get you access back to your account. We may ask some verification questions for account security. Please allow us up to 24 hours to respond to your support email.
